Accurate Chemical and Allied Industries Limited was founded and incorporated with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission on the 9th of August 1999, as a company limited by shares, and headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
Prior to 1999, the company operated under the name“EDICOM AGENCY NIGERIA LIMITED”, as a marketing company for major paint companies with sales outlets in Lagos and Abuja.EDICOM AGENCY NIGERIA LIMTEDwas later winded up.
Accurate Chemical and Allied Industries was established and commenced manufacturing of paints and other allied products in its Lagos factory on 31st August 2005, while retaining sales outlets in Abuja.
In 2006, Accurate Chemical recognized the unique needs of professional painting and building contractors for top quality paint products and solutions, efficient services at competitive prices, within the fast developing Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Based on this recognized need, the Company established a manufacturing facility in Abuja. Our growing reputation for quality range of products is unsurpassed in the industry.
